With guidance from clients’ health care providers, the practitioner will design a treatment plan to meet the specific needs of each client. Customized medical massage can help manage chronic pain, support injury recovery and post-surgical rehabilitation, and reduce the stress of living with a chronic condition or injury.

Hot Stone Massage
Swedish massage with the warmth and/or coolness of basalt stones that help melt away tension. The hot stones give the body the feeling of being massaged by many hands at once.

Pregnancy Massage
Using Swedish techniques and only light stretches, this massage greatly benefits the expectant mother, both mentally and physically.

Pregnancy massage is not offered by the half hour.
Aromatherapy Massage
Recipes of specialized essential oils combined specifically for the individual client, such as blends for insomnia, chronic headaches, sinus issues, anxiety, depression, etc, will be incorporated into a Swedish massage. Take with after your massage a small inhaler bottle of your personalized blend. Also, your personal massage oil will be stored here for your next visit.

Reflexology
Reflexology follows acupressure lines along the feet and hands that correspond with various places on the body. Using peppermint lotion, this treatment is as energizing as it is relaxing. Ideal for anyone who may want to try massage but is hesitant.
